Bury Project for Sara Louise Griffiths and Anthony Griffiths – 3rd progress update.
Last few weeks on pictures for you:
– Construction survey list – faulty RSJ’s installation, missing purlins, lintels – all done now.
– Electric & gas meters moved to new positions outside.
– 1st fix electric and plumbing now all in place and all faults fixed.
– All ground floor joist construction re done, 100mm insulation and T&G moisture resistant boards installed.
– New position of the stairs, head space problem solved.
– Missing loft Velux window installed.
– 2 loft hatch ladders properly installed,
– All of a loft space insulated and boarded, floorboards down, all vents connected.
– Drain survey done – working on getting it all connected next…
