We are proud to present this buy-to-let house refurbishment project, completed for our experienced landlord and friend, Rupert Chapman in Manchester. The project involved a variety of tasks, including:
- Making the house watertight, including roof and chimney repairs and pointing
- Carrying out all internal and external improvements to make the property ready for a new long-term tenant
- Improving the EPC certificate to C
- Installing loft insulation
- Installing a new French door
- Installing cavity wall insulation
- Making electrical and plumbing improvements to meet all legislation and obtain the necessary certificates
- Painting and decorating the property
- Installing new joinery and carpets
We worked closely with Rupert throughout the project to ensure that his every requirement was met. We also kept to the agreed budget and timeline.
